• Open the Lodge at 7:30 pm punctually.
• Confirm the Minutes, as printed and circulated, of the regular meeting held on 16 February 2016.
• To received the report of the Lodge Committee held on Tuesday, 12 April 2016.
• Receive correspondence.
• Election of office bearers for the ensuing year:
  1. In accordance with the provisions of Rule 105 declare XXX . elected Worshipful Master for the ensuing year.
  2. In accordance with the provisions of Rule 112 declare XXX. elected Treasurer for the ensuing year.
  3. To elect a Tyler.
  4. To elect 3 members of the Lodge Committee.
  5. To elect 2 members of the Audit Committee
• To take up a collection for charity.
• Conduct any further Masonic business.
• Receive apologies.
• Close the Lodge.
